I only have this one property, which I manage myself. I am otherwise a professional plumber. In the event that there are any issues or problems that arise during the tenancy, I am usually easy to get hold of and will fix things quickly and efficiently.

I graduated from Bristol University in 1989, then spent many years as a maths teacher, and finally retrained as a plumber in 2011 (see hamish-the-plumber.com). My three children have all been through university recently, so I understand what it is like to be a student myself, and also a parent of students at university. Hopefully you will find me understanding of your needs and priorities.

I moved to Salisbury in 2020, after living in Exeter for eleven years. I am still available to sort out any issues that may arise during your tenancy.
